After falling into a coma after a routine doctor's visit, Noah awakens to find a man sitting at the end of his bed. The man tells Noah that he is going to be murdered, but he can save himself from eternal damnation if he can collect five souls for the Devil.

So begins a terrifying journey into the dark heart of the human soul.
