Billionaire Charlie (Aidan Quinn - Unknown) goes on the run after the empire he has built is exposed as corrupt. His escape route takes him to Mexico where Charlie searches desperately for his long lost daughter. A thrilling pursuit develops south of the border as a Mexican gangster (Andy Garcia), federal agent (Mario Van Peebles) and professional assassin all lusting for his multi-billion dollar fortune, hunt him down. Action breaks out as all parties come to a head in an electrifying climax. Who will be first to reach the most wanted man in North America? And who will be alive to tell the story?
A stellar performance from Aidan Quinn and beautifully composed cinematography capture the desperation of the situation.
