In episodes five through eight, the Jedi Knights return to Geonosis to destroy a Separatist weapons factory - finding they must also face a horde of undead warriors in the Geonosian underground and prevent a plague of mind-controlling brains worms from spreading throughout the galaxy.

In episodes nine and ten, when Jedi Master Eeth Koth is taken hostage by the evil General Grievous, a deadly game of cat-and-mouse is set into motion. Though Anakin, Obi-Wan and Adi Gallia mount a rescue mission to save their comrade, nothing goes as planned.
