The critically-acclaimed, US drama series, Brothers and Sisters: Season Three is available to own on DVD from 19th October 2009 from Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment.
The award-winning Brothers and Sisters follows the lives of the Walker family as they struggle to keep up the appearance of the perfect all-American family, despite coping with a string of derailing secrets which have been revealed since the death of patriarch, William Walker in the first ever episode. It's up to matriarch Nora Walker (Sally Field) to hold everyone together as they cross paths with divorce, infidelity, addiction, war, politics, prejudice and death.
Picking up from where season two left off with the revelation that Rebecca (Emily VanCamp) is not a Walker, the family have to come to terms with the fact that they will need to keep searching to discover the long-lost Walker with the initial R. After discovering that they were unable to conceive a baby naturally, Kitty (Calista Flockhart) and Robert (Rob Lowe) embark on a quest to become parents through adoption, but heartbreak is just around the corner as the couple faces the biggest challenge of their lives when tragedy strikes.
Elsewhere, Kevin (Matthew Rhys) is adjusting to married life with new husband Scotty (Luke MacFarlane), as Nora flees to Mexico in search of her eldest son, Tommy (Balthazar Getty), after his mysterious disappearance leaves the Walker family reeling. Despite her worst fears, she discovers something unexpected as she finds Tommy working south of the border. Rebecca and Justin (Dave Annable) must also decide whether or not their secret relationship has a future.
Co-created by Ken Olin (West Wing, Alias), Brothers & Sisters follows the fights, feuds and fall-outs of family life in upper class Los Angeles. With an endless supply of affairs and illegitimate offspring being paraded out in the wine-soaked, soapy world of the Walkers, they know that the family that drinks together stays together.
