Hit and Run (2012)
Saturday 2nd February 2013
Get ready for a comedy that never takes its foot off the gas as Hit & Run is released on DVD and digital download on 18th February 2013 from Momentum Pictures.
From the producers of Wedding Crashers, comes a fast paced and action packed road trip comedy starring Bradley Cooper (Silver Linings Playbook, The Hangover, Limitless) as a man looking to settle a debt from his past and refusing to let anyone or anything stand in his way. In a curve ball departure from his usual roles, Cooper is almost unrecognisable as he plays this dreadlocked villain.
Charlie Bronson (Dax Shepard; Idiocracy, Employee of The Month, Parenthood), a getaway driver with a questionable past, risks everything when he breaches his witness protection program to deliver his fiancé Annie (real life partner Kristen Bell; Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Couples Retreat, Veronica Mars) to Los Angeles in order to seize a once in a lifetime opportunity.
As the couple race cross-country, their road trip grows hilariously complicated as they find themselves in increasingly bizarre and awkward situations. With federal agents and Charlie's former friend and gangster Alex Dimistri (Cooper) hot on their trail, the couple will have to put the pedal to the metal if they hope to make it to LA in time.
An outstanding ensemble cast features Tom Arnold (True Lies), Jason Bateman (Horrible Bosses, Up in The Air), Kristin Chenoweth (Glee, The West Wing), Michael Rosenbaum (Smallville, Urban Legend), Beau Bridges (The Descendants, My Name Is Earl) and Sean Hayes (The Three Stooges, Will & Grace).
Directed by David Palmer (Brother's Justice) and star Dax Shepard, featuring high speed car chases and stunts from the same team behind The Dark Knight Rises and Avengers Assemble, be sure not to miss your chance to get in on the fun when the fast paced and action packed Hit & Run is released on DVD and digital download on 18th February 2013.
