Blinded by her beauty, King Magnus is unaware that Ravenna is in fact a powerful sorceress obsessed with youth and beauty who kills King Magnus on their wedding night. Ravenna soon learns from her all-powerful Mirror, that Snow White is destined to destroy her once she comes of age to become the fairest of the land and so enlists the help of the Huntsman (Chris Hemsworth), to kill her.
