Much-loved comedy duo Matt Lucas and David Walliams return to DVD in their brand-new hit BBC series Come Fly with Me, released on DVD and Blu-Ray on 21st November 2011 from 2entertain. After watching this mock documentary, viewers' opinions of airports and the people who work there will never be the same again...
The BBC's cameras have been given unprecedented access to one of Britain's busiest airport terminals. For months, the producers have followed anyone and everyone to produce this portrait of life at the cutting edge of aviation. From check-in staff to cabin crew, from pilots to paparazzi and from low-cost airline owners to their passengers, all human life is here - and all played by Lucas and Walliams.
Meet Omar Baba the owner of the nation's "eighth favourite low-cost airline" FlyLo. He has worked hard to make his airline the great success it is and knows that the frequent news stories about poor service and dangerous conditions are down to a biased and unfair media. Follow the lives of Melody and Keeley, the check-in girls for the low-cost airline FlyLo, whose commitment to customer service is second to more or less everyone. Big and small problems are all treated the same, which is that they are ignored. This airport spoof also introduces husband and wife pilots Simon and Jackie plus Tommy, Happy Burger's newest employee and pilot-to-be along with a host of other hilarious characters.
So check in and prepare for take-off with Come Fly With Me, available on DVD from 21st November 2011.
