Cleaning Up (2019)

ITV Studios Home Entertainment is proud to annouce the release of Cleaning Up, available on DVD 18th February 2019.

Created and written by newcomer Mark Marlow and starring BAFTA award winning actress Sheridan Smith, this moving and funny drama focuses on an ordinary working-class woman, Sam, who is caught between two worlds - the everyday grind of suburban life and the high-risk game of insider trading.

Sassy office cleaner Sam, one of an invisible army working every night in London's financial centre, dreams of a better life, but struggling with an online gambling addiction, she's going under. One night, hidden in plain sight, she overhears an illegal trade being made. This lucrative stock market information could be the break she needs. Armed with a copy of 'Trading for Dummies' and her gambler's nerve, Sam has everything and nothing to lose.

This characterful drama explores how far Sam will go to turn her fortunes around.
