Details

From the makers of Meet The Parents, comes the year's most hilarious gross-out romantic comedy, Along Came Polly, released on DVD from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment on 5th July 2004.

Along Came Polly features an all-star cast including Ben Stiller (Meet The Parents) and Jennifer Aniston, fresh from the finale of hit sitcom Friends. Joining them is a stellar supporting cast of Debra Messing (Will and Grace), Phillip Seymour Hoffman (Cold Mountain), and Alec Baldwin (The Cat in the Hat).

Packed with bonus materials, the DVD features include hilarious outtakes, Rodolfo goes to Hollywood, audio commentary with the films Director John Hamburg, the original opening of Along Came Polly with optional commentary, deleted scenes with optional commentary, 'Making Of' featurette and a theatrical teaser trailer.

Life is risky, but then so is love as Reuben Feffer (Stiller) is about to find out... Reuben is a non-risk taking successful risk-assessor and gets everything he wants in life when he marries his true love, Lisa Kramer (Messing). But two days after their wedding, whilst on honeymoon, Reuben discovers Lisa and the local naturist diving instructor (Hank Azaria) in a romantic clinch! Devastated, Reuben returns to New York to continue his overly careful, anally retentive life. But just when he was least expecting it... Along Came Polly!

Polly Prince (Aniston) is carefree, reckless and rootless. After travelling around the world, Polly returns to New York where she works as a waitress, but any job will do - if and when it turns up. She's Reuben's opposite and when they meet by chance, he couldn't have fallen for someone more different from himself.

Reuben can't dance, has IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and he can't do anything without calculating the risk first. When salsa dancing, spicy food loving Polly enters his life, the risk factor is set to go through the roof!

With the help of an over enthusiastic salsa dancer, a blind ferret and his outrageous best friend Sandy (Seymour Hoffman), Reuben attempts to win Polly's heart with hilarious results!

Get ready for gross-out humour, ridiculous stunts and heart-warming laughs as Along Came Polly shows that life is no fun without risk!
