Twenty-five years of spectacularly bad ideas, painful mishaps and questionable decision-making are celebrated in Jackass: Best and Last, coming to Blu-ray and DVD in the UK this October from Paramount Home Entertainment.

Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Jason "Wee Man" Acuña, Preston Lacy and the rest of the Jackass gang return for what is billed as one final big-screen outing, bringing together some of their greatest hits with all-new stunts, previously unseen material and more of the outrageous camaraderie that has defined the series for more than two decades.

Beginning life as an MTV television series in 2000, Jackass transformed a group of friends performing ridiculous pranks and increasingly dangerous stunts into an unlikely pop-culture phenomenon. Its deliberately simple formula - come up with something stupid, point a camera at it and see what happens - subsequently made the leap to cinemas, where Knoxville and company repeatedly discovered inventive new ways of testing both their friendship and their tolerance for pain.

Jackass: Best and Last looks back across that history while adding fresh material to the collection. Familiar faces and infamous moments from throughout the franchise sit alongside previously unseen footage and newly filmed stupidity, celebrating not only the elaborate stunts and wince-inducing accidents but the chemistry between the performers that has always been at the heart of Jackass.

Directed once again by longtime Jackass collaborator Jeff Tremaine, the 92-minute film reunites Knoxville with Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Wee Man, Preston Lacy, Dave England and Ehren McGhehey, while also featuring appearances from both earlier members of the Jackass family and the newer generation introduced to the franchise in recent years.

Part greatest-hits compilation, part farewell and inevitably part endurance test, Jackass: Best and Last offers another opportunity to laugh at a group of people doing things that nobody watching at home should ever consider attempting themselves.

Jackass: Best and Last will be released on Blu-ray and DVD in the UK by Paramount Home Entertainment on 5th October 2026.
