When one-time local hero Liam Case (Gooding Jr) attempts to foil a bank robbery, he ends up getting shot himself. Recovering in hospital he plots his revenge and soon goes after the robber and ends up killing him. The slain thief's associates come after Liam and all hell breaks loose! A fast-paced, action-packed thriller, Hero Wanted also stars Ray Liotta (Goodfellas, Smokin' Aces) and Tommy Flanagan (Gladiator, Sin City).
