Oscar-winner Forest Whitaker (The Last King Of Scotland) is outstanding in his guest-star role as Detective John Kavanaugh, the upright, tormented Internal Affairs cop determined to destroy Vic Mackey (Michael Chiklis - Fantastic Four) and his corrupt LAPD Strike Team.
