Pilates expert Margot Campbell, introduces her very first fitness DVD, The Perfect Pilates Bum, a workout designed to achieve the perfect posterior. This must-have fitness release is available on 26th December 2011 from 2entertain.
The aim of the DVD is to show you how to achieve better definition throughout your mid-section, from your tummy through your back to your thighs, sculpting your waistline to lift and tighten your bum. Created by Margot, the DVD is made up of four sections, each designed to work your body slightly differently, but all combined to give you that Perfect Pilates Bum.
First up is Sculpt and Tone focusing on the core abdominal muscles. By flexing, extending and rotating through the spine, this routine is designed to improve your core strength. The Strengthen Up section focuses on strengthening the back muscles which together with your core muscles further sculpt the mid-section, giving you that great framework for the The Perfect Pilates Bum.
The Perfect Pilates Bum is a series of exercises designed to concentrate directly on the bum, focusing on working the glut muscles, and the surrounding area to help lift and improve the tone and shape of your bum. And finally, The Total Combo features a routine that builds on the moves from the first three sections but with faster paced repetitions, designed to raise your heart rate and really sculpt and tone your body.
For those who have never done Pilates before, there is a short tutorial that explains the basic concepts so there's no excuse not to give this great programme a go.
