Details

Dubbed by some "The Antiques Rogue Show", Lovejoy was based on the novels of Jonathan Gash and concerned a slightly dodgy dealer in antiquities.

Lovejoy (Ian McShane; Deadwood), the 'divvy' and part-time detective, scours the murky salerooms, auction halls and stately homes of Britain, always on the lookout for a find. Whether it's a priceless old master or a pretty young lady, his love of beauty is sure to land this modern day Robin Hood in trouble wherever he goes!

The classic BBC series Lovejoy is released as a Complete Collection on DVD 1st July 2024 with subtitles and in its original broadcast format from Old Gold Media.
