Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars is to be available courtesy of Contender Entertainment, and is packed with a host of extra material newly created specifically for the DVD. The release comes in a special two-disc collector's edition slipcase featuring exclusive new artwork. And as well as including the same extra features as the Region 1 DVD release, this special Region 2 edition also boasts a host of additional extras exclusive to the UK, including brand new interviews with the stars and the show's creative team.

The epic story starts with the Scarran Empire declaring the long-anticipated war, their ships already advancing across the galaxy, system-by-system, unchecked. The next target in combat annihilation is the Peacekeeper Alliance, which has no idea what it's up against. Only one person can help - astronaut John Crichton, a human shot through a wormhole into a distant part of the galaxy. Crichton's resurrection means he's now wanted by both sides, and the information he carries can change the course of the war. But using it will change the galaxy forever...
