Presenting all four stunning animated seasons as a collector’s 15 disc box-set, providing more than 25 hours of hilarious viewing pleasure, get ready to space out with the Planet Express gang as the Futurama: Complete Collection soars onto DVD on 25th October 2004 from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

Created by the multi-award winning team of Matt Groening (creator of The Simpsons) and David X. Cohen, Futurama welcomes you to the world of tomorrow, New New York City, a future beyond your wildest imagination! Fry (voiced by Billy West) is a 25 year old pizza delivery boy whose life is going nowhere. But after accidentally freezing himself on New Year’s Eve 1999, Fry awakens in the year 3000 with the chance to make a new life for himself.

He goes to work for his one surviving relative, Professor Hubert Farnsworth, at Planet Express, an intergalactic delivery service that transports packages to all the corners of the universe. Tagging along with Fry on these action-packed missions is Leela (voiced by Katey Sagal), a beautiful one-eyed starship captain whose kung-fu expertise saves the day more than once (despite her depth perception problems!). On one assignment, Leela slept with the somewhat dim General Zapp Brannigan, a fact he constantly reminds her of. Despite his feeble-mindedness, Zapp has been responsible for several successful wars and is seen as a hero!

Rounding out the delivery crew is Bender (voiced by John DiMaggio), a self-centred robot who spends most of his time smoking, drinking, gambling and avoiding work! Involved in all their lives is Dr Zoidberg, the Planet Express company doctor, a strange creature from the planet Decapod 10 with a burning desire to become rich and famous!

Together, Fry, Leela, Bender and the rest of the Planet Express gang find adventure at every turn, encountering every type of robot, alien and mutant the universe of the future has to offer!

The Futurama: Complete Collection on DVD is cyber-packed with special features including cast and crew commentaries, interviews, deleted scenes, Easter Eggs, storyboards, character profiles and much more! Put on your sofa seatbelt and prepare to be entertained right into the 31stcentury!
