When her quest ends in failure and she is left severely wounded in the mysterious "Otherworld," she crosses paths with an optimistic young man from the modern day. Through him, she begins to heal and glimpses a life unburdened by vengeance and anger. But when her father's killer crosses her path once more, Scarlet must face a challenge greater than any battle: can she escape the grip of hatred and discover a deeper purpose beyond revenge?

Scarlet, released on Blu-ray and 4K UHD SteelBook 15th June 2026 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, is written and directed by Mamoru Hosoda and stars Mana Ashida, Masaki Okada and Koji Yakusho. It's produced by Yuichiro Saito, Toshimi Tanio and Nozomu Takahashi.

Synopsis
