Details

In an effort to protect their three children from the influence of the outside world, a Greek couple surround their home with a tall fence. Their children have never been outside that fence. They are educated, entertained in the manner that their parents deem appropriate and they believe that the airplanes flying over the house are toys, and that zombies are small yellow flowers.

But children cannot remain innocent forever, and when the father brings home a young woman to satisfy his son's sexual urges, the family's engineered world begins to crumble, with devastating consequences.

The psychological drama Dogtooth won the Un Certain Regard Prize at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival and an Academy Award® nomination for Best Foreign Language Film, propelling Oscar® winner Yorgos Lanthimos (Poor Things, The Favourite) to the forefront of contemporary cinema's most ambitious young filmmakers.

With a new Dolby Vision UHD master supervised by Yorgos Lanthimos, Dogtooth is released on Blu-ray and 4K UHD 23rd February 2026 from Visions Home Video.
