Starring Milly Alcock in the dual role of Supergirl/Kara Zor-El, Supergirl, DC Studios' newest feature film to hit the big screen, is released on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD 7th September 2026 from Warner Home Video.

Still struggling to find her place in the universe, Kara Zor-El (Milly Alcock) has grown into a very different kind of hero from her cousin Superman. Haunted by the destruction of Krypton and carrying memories of a home and family that Kal-El never knew, Kara travels the galaxy with her super-powered companion Krypto, living a restless existence far removed from the heroic example set by her famous cousin.

Her journey takes an unexpected turn when she encounters Ruthye Marye Knoll (Eve Ridley), a young girl seeking justice after her family is torn apart by the ruthless Krem of the Yellow Hills (Matthias Schoenaerts). Reluctantly agreeing to help, Kara is drawn into a dangerous interstellar pursuit that quickly becomes deeply personal, forcing her to confront both a formidable enemy and the anger and grief she has carried with her since the loss of Krypton.

With their quest taking them across the galaxy and bringing them into the path of fearsome bounty hunter Lobo (Jason Momoa), Kara must decide what kind of person - and hero - she really wants to become.

Directed by Craig Gillespie and inspired by Tom King and Bilquis Evely's acclaimed Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, Supergirl delivers a cosmic adventure centred on vengeance, justice and Kara Zor-El's search for her own identity.
