Starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt (50/50, Inception) and Oscar Winner Natalie Portman (The Black Swan, V for Vendetta) Hesher is a darkly funny comedy drama set to a rocking heavy metal soundtrack including Metallica and Motörhead.
Hesher tells the story of a twenty-something long-haired tattooed metal-head who unexpectedly enters the life of a grieving family. Hesher seems an unlikely person to help 13-year-old TJ cope with the death of his mother, but he proves to be the only one who can truly free TJ from his overwhelming sadness. Like a force of nature, Hesher's anarchy shakes the family out of their grief and helps them embrace life once more.
Also starring Rainn Wilson (Super, The Office US) and 3 time Oscar nominee Piper Laurie (Children of a Lesser God, Carrie, The Hustler) Hesher is released on DVD and download to own and rent on 13th February 2012 from Lionsgate Home Entertainment.
