The original fitness pioneer returns with her first new workout in over 20 years. Two-time Academy Award Winner Jane Fonda will be releasing the first DVD from her Prime Time range - Fit and Strong - on the 27th December 2010 from Lions Gate Home Entertainment.
The original fitness pioneer returns with her first new workout in over 20 years. Two-time Academy Award Winner Jane Fonda will be releasing the first DVD from her Prime Time range - Fit and Strong - on the 27th December 2010 from Lions Gate Home Entertainment.
Since 1982 Fonda has released over 20 top selling fitness titles, her name becoming synonymous with keeping in shape, she actually coined the term 'workout'! Now at the age of 72 she has returned to share her experience of how staying active is the key to aging successfully by offering fun, safe and effective workouts that strengthen and tone muscles, improve brain and body functions and support overall health and well being.
On her new releases Fonda said: "I feel I'm at the right stage of life to get back into the Fitness business and pass on all that I've learned about being fit over 50."
