From the writer of Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and a producer of the Matrix trilogy, Tomorrow When The War Began is the hugely popular movie adaptation of author John Marsden's much loved series of books, and the highest grossing Australian film of 2010.
The story tells the journey of high school friends in a remote country town whose lives are suddenly and violently upended by a war that no one saw coming. Cut off from their families and their friends, these eight extraordinary teenagers must learn to escape, survive and fight back against a hostile military force.
Tomorrow When The War Began features an largely Australian cast of up and coming talent already familiar with teens across the globe, including Caitlin Stasey (Neighbours), Rachel Hurd-Wood (Dorian Gray, Peter Pan) and Lincoln Lewis (Home and Away).
