Sit back and relive all the epic and historic encounters of the 123rd Championships of Wimbledon 2009, released by Good Guys Media on 7th September 2009. In the Men's Singles, the defending champion Rafael Nadal dramatically withdrew because of injury leaving Roger Federer the favourite to win his sixth crown. In the Ladies Singles, defending champion Venus Williams was also attempting to win her sixth title.

Watched by a television audience of 11 million, the battle for tennis's most coveted prize saw Andy Murray carry the hopes of the nation to the fourth round epic. The match ended at 10.38pm under the new centre court roof, the latest a match has finished at SW19.

Serena Williams defeated Russia's Elena Dementieva in the longest ever Ladies Semi Final with the American coming back from the brink of defeat. On July 4th, the Ladies Final was an all-American family affair, Serena Williams versus her older sister Venus.

Although slightly shorter than last year's mammoth battle between Federer and Rafael Nadal, this year's match took on similarly impressive proportions. For much of the game, it seemed that Roddick would emulate Nadal's feat as he hammered away at his opponent. Federer wavered a few times, but never toppled and in the end won on merit.

"I'm happy I broke the record here in some ways...because this is always the tournament that's meant the most to me" said Federer, who captured his sixth Wimbledon title in the past seven years. Narrated by Sam Hazeldine, written by Barry Flatman and featuring exclusive contributions from Roger Federer, Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Andy Roddick, Andy Murray, Martina Navratilova, Pete Sampras and Rod Laver, this documentary is a dramatic and highly entertaining record of the proceedings at The Lawn Tennis Championships at Wimbledon 2009.

A marvellous gift for all sport fans to enjoy again and again; capturing the immense history and tradition surrounding the Wimbledon Championships, and marked by the gallant displays from both Federer and Roddick in this year's record breaking Championships. The release coincides with the re-launch of seven classic titles from the Wimbledon Collection, including matches such as Borg vs. McEnroe in 1980 and 1981, Federer vs Sampras in 2001 and player profiles on Pete Sampras, John McEnroe.
