A sequel to the first Pumpkinhead film, Pumpkinhead: Ashes to Ashes stars Doug Bradley (Hellraiser) as Doc Fraser, an eccentric small-town physician with a sideline in unauthorized organ donation, and Lance Henriksen (Alien vs Predator) returning as the ghost of Ed Harley. Written and directed by Jake West (Evil Aliens), the film sees Pumpkinhead on a killing rampage after being summoned by townspeople angered over the local mortician dumping the corpses of their loved ones in a swamp.

The final chapter in the Pumpkinhead series, Pumpkinhead: Blood Feud was written and directed by Michael Hurst (House Of the Dead 2) and stars newcomers Amy Manson and Bradley Taylor as a couple who seek to resurrect the Pumpkinhead monster to exact revenge on their families... with terrifying consequences! Lance Henriksen again makes a cameo appearance as the mummified body of Ed Harley.
