Brothers Daniel (Macfadyen; Pride & Prejudice) and Robert (Graves; V for Vendetta) are at each other’s throats until a mysterious guy from their father’s past threatens to unveil an earth-shattering family secret. As the stranger threatens to blackmail the distraught family, the brothers struggle to hide the truth from their family and friends. Riotous mayhem and a hilarious sequence of events ensue, resulting in what sets out to be a dignified private affair turning into the mother of all funerals that no guest will be able to forget! Death at a Funeral mischievously explores what happens on the day when a typically divided family is finally forced to come to terms with each other’s bad behaviour, outrageous faults and skeletons in the closet. Directed by Frank Oz (Bowfinger), special features on the DVD include a commentary by director Frank Oz and a gag reel. With hilarious similarities to One Foot in the Grave and The Vicar of Dibley, don’t miss this dead funny film about a family that puts the F U in funeral! Special Features:
