DVD-229A

Multi-Region:

  • Power On the player and Open the tray
  • Press Stop, 1, 9, 9 and 9
  • A service menu will be displayed
  • Using the Enter and Arrow keys change the region code
  • Close the tray

DVD-229C

Multi-Region Hack 1:

  • Power On the player and Open the tray
  • Press 3, 3, 0 and 8 followed by the required region code, (0 is code free)

Multi-Region Hack 2:

  • Power On the player and Open the tray
  • Press 2, 1, 6, 8 and Enter
  • Enter the required region code, 0 for region free, 1 for region 1, 2 for region 2 and so on.
