Multi-Region:

• Turn On the player and make sure there is no disc in
• Close the tray
• Press Menu, 1 and 9
• A menu will appear and press Enter, this will highlight the Region setting
• Press the number of the region required i.e. 0, 1, 2 etc.
• Press Enter again
• Press Open/Close tray

Multi-Region:

• Turn On the player
• Open the tray
• Press Stop
• Enter 1, 9, 9, 9
• Select the required region code. i.e. 1 for region 1, 2 for region 2, and so on.
• Press Enter to confirm change
• Close the tray with the remote

Multi-Region Hack 1:

• Turn On the player
• Press Setup
• Enter 1, 3, 6 and 9
• Press 3 x Left
• Press 1 x Right
• A new entry Version appears in the Setup menu
• Change the region code with the Up and Down arrows
• Changing this value to 0 sets the player region free

Multi-Region Hack 2:

• Turn On the player
• Press Setup
• Enter 1, 3, 6 and 9
• Press 3 x Left
• Press 1 x Right
• A new entry Version appears in the Setup menu
• Move cursor Down to Version and then cursor Right to highlight B40016c
• Enter 1, 3, 6 and 9
• Change the region code with the Up and Down arrows
• Changing this value to 0 sets the player region free

Multi-Region:

• Turn the player On (without a disc inserted)
• Close the disc tray and press Menu, 1 and 9
• Selection menu is shown
• press Enter and select RC
• press Open/Close, insert foreign disc

Multi-Region:

• Ensure the tray is Closed with no disc
• Press Menu
• Press 1, 1, 1, and 1 to Open a hidden configuration menu.
• Use Up and Down arrows to highlight Configuration and press Enter
• Enter desired region code, i.e. 1 for R.C.-1 and 2 for R.C.-2 etc

There is a firmware update available from www.cyberhome-help.de that renders the machine region code free and also claims to turn off Macrovision. The manufacturer has a firmware update available at www.cyberhome-europe.de that claims to fix a couple of minor bugs with subtitles etc.

Multi-Region:

• Press Setup on remote control
• Move to General Setup
• Press 1, 3, 6, 9 in order
• Then use the Down button to select the region you want to set it to (set 0 it will play all discs then)
• Press Enter
• Exit out of the Setup menu

• Turn On the player and make sure there is no disc in it
• Close the tray (Important! Not working with opened tray!)
• Press Menu (PBC), 1 and 9
• A menu will appear with the Region setting highlighted
• Press Enter many times for the number of the region required i.e. 0, 1, 2 etc.
• Press Open/Close tray

Multi-Region:

• Turn On the player and make sure there is no disc in it
• Ensure tray is Closed
• Press Menu (PBC), 1 and 9
• A menu will appear with the Region setting highlighted
• Press Enter to access this piece of the menu
• On the remote press the number of the region you require (entering region 0 will give you region free)
• Press Enter to accept the choice
• Exit the menu and turn the player Off and On

Multi-Region:

• Power On the player
• With the remote press Set up then 1, 6, 9, 5, 1 and 8
• A hidden menu will appear
• Choose your required region from 0-9
• Region 0 sets the player to multiregional.
• Exit the menu and power Off and then power On

• Press Setup and then Rec
• Press 8, 1, 0 and 5
• Press Rec
• Select the region code with the number keys or the navigation keys. 0 for Multiregion.
• Press Setup to return from the setup menu
